About the Corn Riots Festival
Jersey's Corn Riots Festival is a free annual celebration of our history, heritage and
culture.
This year, the festival will take place from Saturday 19 to Sunday 20 September 2026 in the Royal Square in St Helier.
The festival is open to local performers of all ages and features local food, drink and cultural activities. It celebrates L’esprit Jèrriais by bringing people together and sharing Jersey’s traditions and identity.
The Corn Riots Festival is organised by the Creative Island Partnership.
Apply to perform at the festival
Performers and community participants can apply to take part in the Jersey Corn Riots Festival by submitting an expression of interest.
The deadline to apply is Friday 22 May 2026.
