Joint operation results in drugs seizure

On Wednesday 22 January, officers from the Jersey Customs and Immigration Service and the States of Jersey Police seized approximately 250 grams of heroin in a joint operation in St Helier.  

Paul Bisson (aged 41) and Jason Bayliss (aged 45) from Jersey, together with Anna Agathangelou (aged 47) from London, have been charged with conspiring to supply heroin between November 2019 and January 2020.   

They appeared before the Magistrate’s Court this morning at 10:00.
