Islanders have two weekends left to file their tax return online

16 July 2026

Revenue Jersey is reminding Islanders that there are now just two weekends remaining before the deadline for submitting 2025 personal tax returns online. The online filing deadline is Friday 31 July.

Islanders who have not yet completed their return are encouraged to do so as soon as possible and avoid a last-minute rush.

Filing early helps ensure tax affairs are up to date and provides more time to resolve any queries before the deadline. It also enables Revenue Jersey to review ITIS rates promptly where required.

A Revenue Jersey spokesperson said: "With just two weekends left before the online filing deadline, we would encourage anyone who has not yet submitted their tax return to do so now. Completing your return early can help avoid unnecessary stress and gives us more time to assist if you need support."

Islanders filing online for the first time should ensure they have activated their onegov account and digital ID before starting their return, as this process can take a little time. Revenue Jersey provides online guidance, instructional videos and telephone support to help Islanders complete their returns.

The online tax return service is available at File your personal tax return.

For help and guidance, Islanders can visit the Government of Jersey website or contact Revenue Jersey on +44 (0) 1534 440300.
