Retailer sell-through period for single-use vapes ends next week

From Sunday 1 February, retailers will no longer be permitted to sell remaining stocks of single-use vapes. 

Retailers were given a six-month sell-through period when a Commencement Order was signed, making it illegal to import and supply single-use vapes in Jersey, as of Friday 1 August 2025​.
