How it works SignVideo gives you access to an online interpreter allowing you to communicate with us using sign language.
You can sign to an interpreter and the interpreter speaks to us. It’s simple, fast and secure.
It's available from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
What you need To use SignVideo you need a smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC. You need a good WiFi connection or you can use 3G or 4G at a cost.
iOS devices need to be version 8 or upwards, Android devices need to be version 4.4 or upwards, PCs need to be i3 or above and you'll need to use the following browsers:

When you can use SignVideo There are a number of ways to use SignVideo:
on our self service kiosks at Customer and Local Services at La Motte Street. Press the SignVideo icon and our Welcome Host will help you to access the Government service you need
at a pre booked health appointment at the hospital or at home. Just let us know that you need the SignVideo service for your appointment
you can also
download SignVideo on to your personal device and use it whenever you visit us
