The mushroom head on the product may flip around and create a tight suction. If the suction is over the mouth of a child or infant, the child could suffocate. The product does not meet toy safety standards. 

If you have this product, stop using it and keep out of reach of children. It has been removed from Amazon marketplace and recalled. You can contact the seller for redress.
