The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulation 2011. 

The product presents a serious risk of choking as the two plastic toggles detached at forces less than the specified minimum. The detached components fitted wholly inside a small parts cylinder, therefore posing a choking hazard to young children.

Additionally, the flexible plastic bag used for packaging poses an asphyxiation hazard.
