Orange Hand-Tie Life Jacket (Sold by Amazon) Recall Notice

This product was advertised as a life jacket, and has been identified as a buoyancy aid, which does not provide the same level of protection as a life jacket. It does not appear to have been conformity assessed and may not perform as a buoyancy aid, if relied upon. It does not meet safety standards.

Product description: Vest style orange personal floatation device with modular foam and stitched panelling. Multiple hand tie closures, centre front orange webbing waist tie closure (20mm); elasticated tie cord at bottom of front closure (5mm), stitched orange material ties at top underneath user's chin (10mm) and stitched orange fabric material ties at both right and left side (20mm). Red whistle attached by fabric on left internal upper lobe.
