This product presents a risk of non-compliance as certain batches of Scan Safety Helmets do not fully comply with the EN397 Industrial Hard Hats Standard. Testing was completed to validate this finding and although the number of failures is very low, as are the margins by which they failed, the safety of those using our products is of paramount importance. We have therefore taken the decision to recall all helmets produced between April 2022 to November 2024 that could have been affected by this fault.
