This product presents a serious risk of asphyxiation as an infant could get their head stuck in the netted hoop supplied. If a child is left in the playpen unattended, they may gain access to the hoop and become trapped, restricting air flow and leading to asphyxiation. Improvements are also required to product labelling, marking and instructions.
