The machine guarding on the upper part of the machine comprises of four acrylic “safety doors”. The control panel includes a selector switch labelled “door lock” which turns the interlock for these doors on or off. When the interlock is turned off, the turret can run at full speed with the doors open. There are crushing and drawing in hazards from the rotating plate and dies which move together.
