Product description: 

Multiple models of Specialized e-bikes purchased between 2019 and 2024. If the e-bike has a rear derailleur, it is not a gear hub equipped e-bike and is not affected by the recall.

If you have bought this product stop using it immediately and return it to the distributor for a refund.
