The product presents a serious risk of injuries as it is supplied with an attachable canopy. In windy conditions, the canopy could cause the product to lift from the water. The child could fall from the product and be injured by impact or by drowning in the water. Additionally, the product has the design and appearance of an aquatic toy which is not permitted under EN 13138-3 as it increases the likelihood of incorrect usage and risk of drowning.
