This product presents a risk of entrapment as it was identified that a fixed guard could be easily by-passed and opened without the use of tools. It was possible to insert a finger into a slot in the guard and turn the securing latch from behind, allowing access to the moving belt, rollers and in-running nip, and presenting a risk of entanglement.
