GmbH Valve Fastener (Emerson Sempell) Recall Notice

This product presents a serious risk of injury as the product specifications require that zinc-plating is used on the fasteners. Testing confirmed that cadmium-plating had been used during the manufacturing process. There is a risk that the incorrect plating on the fasteners can cause the bolt to fracture at temperatures exceeding 232°C which could result in process leakage, serious injury or property damage.
