Affected customers should be aware that the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes may cause symptoms similar to flu, including high temperature, muscle ache or pain, chills, feeling or being sick, and diarrhoea. In rare cases, the infection can be more severe and cause serious complications such as meningitis. People over 65 years of age, pregnant women and their unborn babies, babies less than one month old, and people with weakened immune systems are more vulnerable to listeria infections.
If you have bought any of the above products, do not consume them. Instead, return them to the store from where they were purchased for a full refund. For more information see attached recall notice.
