This product presents with a serious risk of asphyxiation because the flexible plastic bag has an area greater than 100mm x 100mm and the thickness is 0.030 ± 0.002mm. This is less than the minimum 0.038mm specified. If a child placed the bag over their head, they could asphyxiate. Improvements are also required to product labelling and markings. This product does not meet safety standards.
