​Beko plc are initiating a voluntary repair programme as a precautionary measure to locate 3,450 8kg & 9kg Beko and Blomberg condenser tumble dryers manufactured between May and November 2012.

Beko plc have identified a batch issue with a third party supplied component which in rare circumstances could fail and overheat, which could lead to a risk of fire.

Therefore, if you have purchased an 8kg or 9kg Beko or Blomberg condenser tumble dryer between May 2012 and May 2013:

  • Check the model and serial number of your product using the link below; and
  • If your product is within the potentially affected range, register online for a qualified engineer to visit your property to check, and if required, repair your product.
