All customers who have purchased CALYPSO ceiling lamps after 1 August 2016 to check the date stamp on their product.

The affected CALYPSO ceiling lamps were manufactured with date stamps (between and including), 1625 to 1744.

All customers with an affected product to return it for a new CALYPSO or for a full refund.  IKEA does not require any proof of purchase.

IKEA have received reports that CALYPSO glass shades have fallen. In order to minimise the risk to customers IKEA are recalling the product for a full refund or replacement product.
