Team Leader

Are you an enthusiastic & motivated Team Leader looking for a career change?
The successful candidate will assist the Registered Manager meet required levels of compliance by the JCC.
Support person centered planning, ensuring levels of assessment of need are completed.
Deputise in the absence of the RM, covering tasks as rota management, risk assessments, development of support staff, medication etc.
Applicants must hold RQF level 3 in H&SC or nearing completion of the qualification. Minimum of 2 years' experience in H&SC.
The post is 35hrs p/w & requires shift work, weekends & sleep-in duties.
Salary starts at £18.47 - £19.59 p/h depending on qualification. We offer career development, pension scheme & an excellent remuneration package.
