Faulkner Fisheries at L'Etacq, St Ouen is looking for a BBQ Cook to operate the busy BBQ for the Season.

This is an exciting and challenging position for the right person.

You will be working with a small team and must have an exceptional and capable personality to be able to work directly in front of the customers and with a close knit team.

Food preparation knowledge, cooking and knife skills, cleanliness and tidyness are important and necessary parts of the job as well as a pro-active and creative approach including daily remains to enable efficient forward deliveries of provisions.

Proven Food Handling and Cooking experience is required as is Food Safety Certification.

The Fisheries, and L'Etacq, are beautiful places to be and work, and much enjoyed by many in the past.

Hours may vary between 20 - 50
