The role of a Lobby Host is to work as part of the front office team, and be committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining Hand Picked Hotels luxury standards, consistently delivering exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities.
You will greet guests on arrival, organise luggage, offer a valet service ensuring the utmost security at all times.
Maintaining a safe, healthy and secure workplace environment, following all work protocol.
Assisting with any guests requests whenever required.
Previous experience working in a guest facing role, ideally with an 4/5-star luxury hotel.
A good knowledge of the island, excellent communication skills.
Full clean UK driving licence would be preferred but not essential.
Being driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service.
