As a Lettings Negotiator, you will deal with the entire rental process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants, as well as managing a portfolio of properties.
Brief duties will include; valuations, property viewings, negotiation and lease preparation, lease extensions, references and credit checks, preparing condition and exit reports, deposit management and inspections, dealing with property maintenance issues, and regulatory items including; compliance documents, organising electrical safety checks (EICR), EPC’s and boiler service
Previous Letting and/or Management experience is necessary for this role, along with a driving license, your own vehicle, excellent written and spoken English, and 5 years residency. If you’re passionate about property and would like a salary plus commission role, we want to hear from you!
