Supervisor

Here at Peacocks we have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Supervisor.
You will Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in maximising business profitability by optimising sales opportunities whilst working within planned costs. To assist in the day to day operation of the store, and to deliver excellent customer service through staff training and Deputise for the Store Manager/Assistant Manager as requested.

You will have Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the retail team, Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner, Maintain a clean and organized store environment and Oversee cash handling procedures & key holder duties
