You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive travel experience for passengers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with check-in, boarding & travel-related inquiries

Responsibilities:
Greet passengers and assist with check-in processes
Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues promptly & professionally
Assist with baggage handling & ensure proper documentation
Collaborate with security and shoreside personnel to ensure a smooth boarding process
Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain safety and compliance
Administrative tasks as required, including data entry & record keeping

Qualifications:
Secondary School education or higher; education or certification in hospitality/customer service
Experience in customer service
Proficiency in using computer systems
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
