In this role, you will:

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to engage in effective conversations to build strong connections with our customers.
Take ownership of customer enquires through to resolution and delivers personalise, friendly and efficient service.
Uphold high standards of quality ensuring accuracy
Have experience of working in a fast paced customer facing environment.
