Healthcare Support Worker

We are pleased to have a full-time vacancy with a regular shift pattern that guarantees alternate weekends off. This role involves working 24-hour shifts, including sleeping nights, supporting a client who communicates well and is a pleasure to work with. While the role is rewarding, it also requires the ability to work as part of a team, respond to challenging behaviours with confidence and professionalism, and provide support in a unique, person-centred way. Experience with Autism and learning disabilities is desirable for this role. Please reference that you are interested in the 2 x 24-hour shifts per week when applying.
