Be a key player in onboarding new business clients and monitoring client due diligence (CDD). Provide helpful guidance on CDD inquiries from the Client Services Teams and actively support team members with on-the-job training and expertise.
What You'll Do -
New Business Onboarding:
Manage NBAC/Discovery meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and pack preparation
Maintain NBAC Trackers and execute new business systems (5series, Imagein, PureFunds, MaxComply)
Ongoing Monitoring and CDD Processing:
Update Onboarding and CDD tracker logs
Execute business as usual (BAU) CDD on relevant systems
Ensure quality assurance of CDD processing
Operational Support and Efficiency:
Collaborate with Client Services Teams, Compliance, and Operational Support
Maintain strong operational controls and data integrity
