Patrol and Response Officer

A varied role that provides mobile security cover, 24 hour per day for protection of customer’s premises, possessions and estates. The officer will also be expected to act as the duty supervisor for the guarding and patrols division when on shift out of office hours.

Primary Duties:
- Act as ‘duty supervisor’ for department out of hours
- To collect and deliver secure data and cash/valuables on behalf of our customers.
- Respond to intruder & fire Alarm activations as “First response” either to escort the keyholder or to act as key holder to search property and ascertain the reasons for activation.
- Ensure that all paperwork and reports are completed in a timely manner in line with laid down procedures.
- To act as first point of contact for all customers and staff out of hours escalating non-guarding issues to relevant department managers.
