Nursery Manager

As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and education for children in a safe and stimulating environment. Your role will involve supporting staff, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining compliance with all relevant local regulations.

-Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education (e.g. NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent)
-Level 3 management qualification or a commitment to work towards a qualification.
-Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and local registration requirements.
-Passionate about child development and creating a nurturing environment.
-Excellent communication and organisational skills.
