IT Service Desk Analyst

The IT Service Desk Analyst will be a member of a small, dedicated IT team who support colleagues, contractors and clients with access to our new line of business systems and online client services.

The main focus of this role is the management and support of our IT environment, business systems, as well as assisting colleagues in an ever-changing dynamic IT environment.

The successful candidate/postholder must have excellent IT skills, communication skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and the Azure cloud environment would be an advantage, although training will be provided.
