Your Role Will Include:
Assisting in the creation and coordination of client rotas
Supporting the onboarding process for new clients and staff
Contributing to the development and upkeep of client care plans
Managing training course records and issuing staff certificates
Handling general administrative duties including record keeping, data entry, and document management
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive and organised individual with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
Basic understanding of care sector operations (training will be provided)
Competent in using Microsoft Office and/or care management software (or willing to learn)
