Senior Trust Account Manager

As a Senior Trust Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of client satisfaction, managing around 30 key accounts and serving as the primary operational contact. This dynamic role involves close collaboration with clients and UK Client Managers to define and document processes, ensuring service levels consistently exceed expectations. You'll also play a crucial part in the smooth and timely onboarding of new Channel Island Trust business, from reviewing documentation to coordinating with the Trustee Team and Compliance.
