We are looking for a versatile receptionist with a friendly and professional manner to help assist with front desk operations in our Jersey office.
The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable to change, and possess a strong work ethic. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
Key duties include but not limited to:
Answering the switchboard, transferring calls or taking such other action as appropriate
?Acting as the first point of contact for clients and dealing with their requirements in a timely and efficient manner
Dealing with courier collections and deliveries
Ensuring that meeting rooms are booked where necessary
Booking travel and accommodation for both internal and external clients
