Manager - Real Assets - Apex Group

Apex are looking for a Manager, reporting to a Senior Manager within the Real Assets Team in Jersey, responsible for the provision of administrative support and relationship management to a client portfolio. Working closely with an Associate Director to provide quality and efficient services to all customers within the portfolio.

The Role & Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and development of client relationships for which you are the key client contact;
Engagement with third parties, client advisors and intermediaries;
Work with the team Associate Director to ensure development of the underlying administration team;
Monitor adherence to client service level agreements (SLAs) and implementation of customer specific procedures (CSPs);
Ensure that client service task are planned and executed accurately and on time.
