About the Role
Join as Associate Director & Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), playing a key role in compliance with Jersey regulations and Group standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Compliance and advise first-line teams
- Act as MLRO: handle SARs and liaise with JFCU, JFSC, and authorities
- Deliver AML/CFT training and oversee the Deputy MLRO
- Support audits, reporting, and wider compliance initiatives
- Lead and develop a high-performing team

About You
- Strong compliance experience in financial services
- Excellent knowledge of Jersey regulations
- ICA or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
