Caretaker/Manual Worker

The ideal candidate will be hands-on and capable of maintaining the parish hall. Additionally, you will assist our manual workers as needed. -
Job Purpose is to :-
Ensure the security of the Parish Hall and its contents.
Organise repairs, address damage or faults, and carry out maintenance tasks, including carpentry and painting.
Assist in supervising contractors or tradespeople on the parish premises and coordinate with engineers or tradesmen when incidents occur.
Liaise with community users and manage all activities related to community use while on duty in collaboration with other parish staff.
Perform cleaning duties for the Parish Hall.
Assist the manual team as needed.

Occasional “out of hours” duties may be required.
