Front of house staff

As Front of House Staff at Pizzeria Famosa, you will be the face of our restaurant. You’ll greet and serve customers with a positive attitude, maintain a clean and organized dining area, and ensure that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
Seat guests and manage the flow of the dining area
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages with care and attention
Handle transactions and operate the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house
Communicate effectively with kitchen and back-of-house staff
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Follow health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
