Kitchen Porter/ Set up

Kitchen Porters needed at Les Landes Racecourse in the large marquee to help with:
- Set up of restaurant before an event (setting tables with cutlery and glassware)
- Breakdown of restaurant
- Washing plates/ cutlery/ glasses and to organise and stock them

Day events are usually held on the weekend, so set up would normally be 3 days before (i.e. wed, thurs, fri), then 3 days after in the beginning of the new week. The last event is held until September.
Applicants must be flexible as the days sometimes change depending on which day the event is held (either on a friday or a sunday).
MUST be on island to apply.

More hours can be given if requested.
No experience necessary but an attention to detail is ideal.
