Health Care Assistant (Weekends)

LV Community are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team on weekends, to be responsible for providing a service for people that require all ranges of support and care in the community.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- To work as part of a care team providing high-quality care.
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity & privacy.
- To be aware of any deterioration in physical or mental health, reporting to the Deputy/Registered Manager appropriately.
- To carry out personal care tasks as specified within the Care Plan(s), to enhance & support the independence of the client.
