Training Mentor

Are you a compassionate and supportive
individual who is able to mentor crew members in their workplace training within BSK social
enterprises? In this role, you will empower individuals with learning disabilities and/or autistic
people to thrive, helping them maximise their potential and develop essential skills. You will
provide guidance and support in training, welfare, and personal independence across various
settings.
