We are looking for a Deputy Team Leader to join our Baby Room.

-To work as part of management team to provide professional leadership and management to the staff to ensure that all children receive the highest standards of care.
-To create a stimulating, safe and caring leaning environment to promote the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of every child.
-To support the room leader in leading the team.
- To meet the needs of the induvial children.

Requirements

Level 3 in childcare (essential)
Safeguarding
Jersey Children's 1st
Level 2 Food Hygiene
Core skills required
