Group Revenue Manager

We’re hiring a Group Revenue Team Manager to join our Finance team in London, Jersey, or Guernsey. You’ll lead a team of 15 across 7 offices, managing WIP and billing, and working closely with Credit Control on outstanding invoices.

Key responsibilities:

- Improve revenue processes and systems
- Lead change initiatives and maintain process documentation
- Manage and develop team members
- Oversee billing software and training
- Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate, timely billing
- Reduce WIP and debt with Revenue Controller and Credit Control
- Track timesheets and support timely time recording
- Manage the e-billing team and ensure compliance

Requirements:

- 5+ years in a senior law firm revenue management role
- Experience with 3E, E-BillingHub, &Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
