Bar Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar at our new Spanish restaurant opening soon in St. Helier. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting launch, bringing authentic Spanish flavours and atmosphere to Jersey. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day bar operations, training staff, managing stock, and ensuring smooth service. Strong cocktail knowledge is highly desired, especially in developing creative, Spanish-inspired drinks. We’re seeking someone with leadership skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
