Support Worker (Night Duties)

Working within a small & specific home providing high quality individualised care for residents with increasing health care needs.
Applicants must have a caring, compassionate nature ensuring dignity & respect along with a strong work ethic.

Working night duties 8.30am - 8.30am (35hrs p/w) on a rota system which includes alternative weekend work. Additional overtime available
We hold a 4 week induction program where full training is given including theory work & observing/shadowing staff.

Applicants must be willing to work towards RQF level 2 in H&SC. Previous health care experience is desirable but not essential.
Good written & oral English is essential. Salary starts at £15.97- £18.51 depending on experience.
