Senior Support Worker

Lifeline Care Group is recruiting two compassionate and experienced Senior Support Workers to help lead our care teams in delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults in the community. As a Senior Support Worker, you will assist with complex care needs, mentor junior staff, and support with care planning and service delivery. You’ll work closely with Care Coordinators and the management team to ensure continuity, quality, and safety in every aspect of care. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Adult Care (RQF) or equivalent, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The role includes carrying out supervisions, spot checks, and assisting with assessments and reviews. You must be reliable, compassionate, and confident working independently and as part of a team.
