Health Care Assistant (Nights) - La Haule

La Haule Care Home are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team on night shifts, and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include:-
- To work as part of a team providing high-quality care
- Promoting & Safeguarding the welfare of residents
- Supporting residents, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance & support the independence of the resident, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity & privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
