Chef

• Primarily responsible for the hands-on delivery of consistent, delicious, modern café style food – covering breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea.
• Work alongside a small team of three in the kitchen and supervise the front of house to create a culture where wonderful things happen whilst having a lot of fun along the way.
• Responsibilities will include ordering and waste management to support the running of an efficient kitchen.
• Continue our commitment to sourcing locally and improving the quality and value of our simple, great tasting café style menu. You will play a key role in bringing fresh ideas we as move forward in this direction.
• Responsible for the HAACP and Eat Safe ratings
