Glanville Care Home is a well-established residential home dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred care in a warm, homely setting. We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of our friendly home. Working alongside the Home Manager, you will help lead a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of care and full compliance with Jersey Care Commission regulations.
Applicants should hold a minimum NVQ/RQF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it) and have proven experience in a senior care role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for older people.
