We’re Hiring: Front of House / Barista
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic person to join our team at The Loft as a Front of House / Barista.

About the role
You’ll be the face of the shop - welcoming customers, serving food and drinks, and making sure everyone has a great experience. You’ll also learn barista skills and get hands-on with coffee, all while keeping the floor running smoothly in a fun, fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good communication and people skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Experience in hospitality or as a barista is a bonus, but not essential - we provide full training
